TetherView to Host Open House at Russel Hall September 29

Colliers International, which this month became TetherView’s new leasing and marketing agent, will host an open house on September 29 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for interested parties to learn about leasing opportunities at the Russel Hall building. 

Russel Hall is a four-story building set on 4.6 acres of land in the Oceanport section of Fort Monmouth. The building has available units ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet. Touted as an ideal location for professional service firms and technology companies, Russel Hall is home to cloud computing services company TetherView, which signed a sublease for the property in December.

“With Colliers International taking the lead, TetherView is actively seeking tenants for Russel Hall who will complement and continue the region’s long history as a leader in innovation,” TetherView CEO Michael Abboud said.

Conveniently located close to Exits 105 and 109 on the Garden State Parkway, Routes 18, 36 and 35, Russel Hall is less than a half a mile from the Little Silver Train Station.
